The Travelpro Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.  The warranty excludes wear or damage caused by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection, or carelessness caused by an airline or other common carrier.  In order to qualify for warranty repair work, you need to keep a copy of proof of purchase and, if possible, original tags from bag.  However, if you own any Travelpro Platinum 5 products, they are covered under the Worry-Free Warranty.  This warranty covers mostly all repair issues, including those caused by travel carriers and defects, though it does not cover cosmetic issues.  If ever in need of Travelpro repair, please contact Bag & Baggage as we are an authorized repair facility for all Travelpro products.
