Kipling offers a Limited One Year Warranty on all products.  This warranty covers any manufacturing defect, in workmanship or materials, for the first year the bag is owned.  This warranty does not cover any damage, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or theft.  If your Kipling bag is defective, please contact Bag & Baggage as we are a repair facility.
