What are the Airline Carry On Requirements?  The basic rule of thumb for carry on baggage is maximum dimensions of:  22”h X 14”w X 9”d.   Click here for additional carry on baggage information. 

What are your Shipping Rates?  We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50.  For order under $50, shipping charges are $6.50 per box shipped domestically, and we can quote rates for shipments outside the US.   Click here to view our Shipping Policy.

What shipping method do you use?  When shipped from our retail store locations, we use UPS ground shipping.  When shipped directly from the manufacturer, the shipping method includes both FedEx and UPS depending on the manufacturer. 

Do you offer Rush Deliveries?  Yes.  Best Luggage Online offers an expedited shipping option that guarantees delivery of your item(s) in 1-3 days.  Expedited delivery charges are based on your order sub-total. Please see table below for rates.   Click here to view our Shipping Policy for charges on Rush Deliveries.    

What payment methods do you accept?  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure merchant gateway. 

Do you charge Sales Tax?  Sales Tax is only charged on orders shipped to KS.  A 8.65% sales tax will be applied to KS orders.

Do your products come with a warranty?  Best Luggage Online features all premium brand luggage that is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  Manufacturer warranty information is listed on the product details page for all items we currently sell on our site.  For other products, or for more details on specific warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly.

What if my product is defective or damaged when I receive it?  Please Contact Us immediately if your Best Luggage Online purchase arrives in defective or damaged condition.  Items that arrive in defective or damaged condition will be replaced immediately. 

What do I do if my luggage is damaged?  If your luggage is damaged by the airline, you should immediately file a damage claim with the airline.  Please call our toll free number at 1-888-670-1694 and our knowledgeable staff will advise you based on your luggage manufacturer’s warranty.  The Boyt Mach 4 Best Luggage Warranty, Briggs & Riley Simple as That Warranty, and Victorinox Carry with Confidence Warranty protect against airline damage.  We also have a full-service luggage repair shop to assist you. 

What is your Return Policy?  Our return policy is 30 days on any unused and unmonogrammed purchases. We refund any returns in the manner it was purchased so long as it is returned in saleable condition within thirty days of purchase.  Please Contact Us if you wish to return an item.

Do you offer monogramming?  Yes, we offer free monogramming on leather items.  Please Contact Us to request monogramming on your order. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?  Yes, we offer free gift wrapping for items in stock at our retail store.  Please Contact Us to request gift wrapping on your order.  For special order items shipped directly from the manufacturer, gift wrapping is not available.
