OUT OF STATE OR MAIL-IN REPAIRS:  Please contact the Prairie Village location for information on repairs.  Send repairs to Prairie Village address (above) with attention to repairs.  Also include your name, telephone number, address, and a short description of what repairs are needed.  Repairs are completed within a week to 10 days of being received.  (If you live in the Kansas City area, you may drop off your repair during regular business hours.  Luggage repairs may be dropped off at either location.  For expedited service, a $10 rush charge is applied in addition to the cost of the repair.)
