All Boyt Brands are built to exacting specifications to assure the highest quality and durability.  Boyt Brands warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  Boyt agrees to repair or replace your bag if any such defects occur.  If your bag is no longer available,  a simmilar bag of equal value will be substituted. 

The Boyt Brands warranty does not cover airline mishandling, normal wear and tear, cleaning, punctures or abnormal abuse of the materials. Normal wear can involve, but it not limited to, leather trim, wheels, zippers, handles and other moving parts.  Click here to read Boyt's Best Luggage Warranty specific to the Mach 4 Collection, which DOES include airline damage protection. 

Modification of the bag or non-authorized repairs may void this warranty.

It shall be your obligation and expense to have your bag shipped to a Boyt Brands authorized repair center.

This Boyt Brands repair/warranty policy is in lieu of any other Boyt Brands repair/warranty policy whether expressed, written or implied.
